TERRAMORE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Would you like to fully immerse yourself in the Natural Life of Terramore?
Join our Internship program!

This opportunity offers you a full immersion in permaculture and natural living, with the chance to learn and practice techniques on the field during a 2-3 month period.

Sharing to Grow

We believe in a lifestyle model based on trust and loving collaboration with others.
If you have enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and a passion for sharing skills, you’re in the right place.
Terramore aims to help you network, discover new realities, and believe in the power of sharing.

We are advocates of the SHARING ECONOMY: a socio-economic organization model based on access rather than ownership, on sharing rather than buying.
Collaborative economy offers an alternative model where relationships are horizontal and based on trust and reliability mechanisms.
We invite you to go beyond conventional patterns and make space for a true experience of mutual growth.

Regenerative Agriculture: a sustainable solution to environmental and social challenges

Permaculture is based on careful observation of natural processes, integration with the rhythms of nature, and minimal human intervention to promote sustainable management of eco-systemic resources.
This hands-on field experience offers a unique opportunity to learn the techniques of natural and regenerative agriculture, creating a self-sufficient agricultural system in harmony with the environment, without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or intensive soil tilling.
The internship encourages collaboration and sharing among participants, fostering team building and community living.
The day will consist of 4-5 hours dedicated to co-creating with Nature, through activities such as regenerative agriculture, food forest creation, eco-building, and self-production.
There will also be moments of sharing, singing circles, and mindfulness practices to encourage mindful presence.

3 H Model

HEART - HEAD - HANDS

terramore modello 3 h

The 3 H model was implemented by Terramore to offer an experiential learning methodology that engages all aspects of the person, from the emotional level to the cognitive and practical ones.

HEART (cuore)

It refers to the connection with your inner purpose.
This phase involves opening the heart and listening to your inner guidance, being aware of your emotions and intuitions.

HEAD (testa)

It refers to the cognitive component of learning.
In this phase, the mind is put at the service of the heart. One opens up to new creative solutions, stepping out of conventional patterns to think through the "natural mind." This way, resilience, observation skills, and problem-solving abilities are developed.

HANDS (mani)

It refers to the practical component of learning. In this phase, you have the opportunity to put your hands at the service of the heart, applying the knowledge acquired to create, build, or experiment with something new. Through practical activities, such as cultivation, food preparation, or building structures, participants can directly experience new knowledge and put into practice what they have learned.
